In your role as ICT Operations Manager, you manage the operational ICT support processes including the infrastructure, applications and Business Intelligence. This enables each department to function optimally. You provide the necessary support for this.
On the other hand, you review, analyse and evaluate the service desk processes, as well as systems and user needs. You provide the data and check if it is correct.
In addition, you define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements. You also form the project team and set the budget.
Finally, you ensure the automation and optimisation of the data flow.
You report to the ICT Manager.
You have a Bachelor/Master in IT or economics with 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position.
You have good communication skills.
You can describe yourself as a pragmatic and flexible person with strong analytical skills.
You are a team player and have a real can-do mentality.
