Customer Service Admin

Job Description

In your role as Customer Service Admin, you are on the one hand responsible for the order processing of marketing-related campaigns. On the other hand, you ensure that the automated order processing is accurately followed up. You provide the necessary intervention when needed. In addition, you ensure that customer orders are processed in the ERP system correctly and quickly and you provide assistance with new campaigns.

Finally, you offer assistance in printing out work orders, if necessary. 

As a Customer Service Representative in the Customer Service Team you report to the Team Leader OTX.


·         You are perfectly bilingual - Dutch & French;

·         You are strong in administration;

·         You are good with numbers;

·         You are conscientious;

·         You have a healthy dose of enthusiasm and you are a team player;
